Week of 2 Aug Running Schedule

Monday - 25 minute run
Tuesday - rest or light training
Wednesday - 30 minute run
Thursday - rest or light training
Friday - 25 minute run
Saturday - 50 minute run
Sunday - REST

  1. ok, so what is the running schedule for someone who has NEVER ran and is totally out of shape? I'm just asking for a "friend" =)

  2. It really depends on what they want to do. Do they want to run as far as they can? Do they want to run as fast as they can? Do they want to run as far as they can really fast? Do they want to run to lose weight? There are different ideas for each. What does your "friend" want to do?
